The first is a editor similar to the Red Alert Unit Creator and the second is a generator for single player campaigns as well as multiplayer maps. No dates have been set just yet but both are looking for help decoding some of the files. Contact Fathi Said about the Unit Creator and James Cooper about the map generator.
