It allows you to open a .xbf file from Emperor and view and edit any mesh contained in it. Give the text file that is included in the download a read to learn out more about how the program works. I also made a screenshot if you want a preview before downloading.Keep in mind this is beta software and may not work properly or open all xbf files properly.
