In God Emperor is written, that Leto II. replaced aggresive Sardaukars with female Fish Speakers, which were more protectionalistic.

Question is: when?

It was a few hundred years after Leto the tyrant's metamorphosis from man to worm. The attempted rebuilding was done by shaddam the IV actually. The reason why Leto the tyrant chose woman to fight was because of their maternal nature.

actully shaddam started rebuilding the sadukar in messsiah. I reamber a line about how they sadukar were practising landing manuvers. Shaddam died at the end of messiah if i reamber corectly.

Did House Corrino exist in times of Heretics and Chapterhouse?

No, the last of the "Corrino-Corrinos" (at least, the main bloodline - not the "Atreides-Corrinos") were killed in GEoD. I remember Leto II ordering Moneo to do that.

Wasnt that because the atreides blood line was the only one that didnt end up in a genetic dead end? (the golden path?) if so vanguard tell me if I am right.

Hm, I don't remember, who was that target? In Heretics glossary was said, that some major houses survived to those times.
