How to use mod editor

??? Hi all !! I'm new here ! Please help me ? I've some trouble using mod editor that currently used for EMPEROR:Battle For Dune.

Dear Jacob Douds,

I'm not using wordpad, on the first time I was using wordpad but it can't work then I'm searching for the editor and find Visualmod from dune2k.com site and used it but still can't work properly ! What I've todo now to edit the mod..?? Ooops sorry the mod in the rules.txt won't change the game too...

TibEd can't change it too.....

What should I do to make it work.....

Please help me..
