Ok, I think I know what I'm going to do:

I'll show a sort of list box with all tasks it has to do, next to it, s listbox with all tasks it has completed. And a field which shows the current file which is in process.

Then you can say that you want to say for each individual task that it need to be executed. Or you can say, skip all install tasks, or remove tasks. Or you can say, skip this entire tag (buildings/units etc.) And ofcourse, you can skip all.

You can then, abort whenever you like, and also say that Modswapper needs to restore Emperor.
