I don't know when they stopped to work because they used to, but i can no longer get the cutscences to work. For some reason it doesn't even work on original 1.2 version. They are enabled on config file and are installed under Movies folder, which is i thing where they should be. I need to get them work again.

I think it needs to be in "GamePath/Data/MoviesEng/" in my latest version, if you use original 1.2 or a older version of my patch without multilanguage support then the path is chosen by Resource.cfg
