While I can attach files to forum posts, I can't figure out how to add a new file into the "downloads" area of this site (https://forum.dune2k.com/files/category/63-railroad-tycoon-2/). The page says " You cannot upload a new file". Can I get permission to do that?

You need to be in a special group in order to upload files. I've added you so it should work, give it a try and let me know. I think you'll need to be in the child category the map belongs to in order for it to show up, eg for RRT2 Africa (https://forum.dune2k.com/files/category/71-africa/). Once it is uploaded a moderator/admin will need to approve it which hopefully won't take too long. :)
