invitation to join Dune 2000 Online

Ok first, I know there are about 2 other topics about this around here, but they are meant to show you how to connect. That's why i'm making this one, to OFFICIALLY INVITE every member here to join us and have fun together. Most of us here (including myself) are into Dune 2000 modding, and play the AI very frequently. This means you love dune, right? Now why don't you wanna try the multiplayer part of it? You thought singleplayer is fun? Trust me, you'll be amazed to see how great multiplayer can be, especially if you play with friends. I'm still wondering why people like gruntlord, aqib, shai-gel, athanasios, and all others who keep posting here, adding patches, mods and missions didn't join so far. I'd mention mvi as well, but I know he's way too busy to be able to play. I'm assuming you guys are busy as well, or you don't wanna join? Either one, me, DLAriottt, FunkyFr3sh and everyone else from the Dune 2000 Alman staff is officially inviting you to join us. The automatic installation of dune makes joining easier than ever; all you have to do is run an installer, and that thing will do its magic, setting the game completely + installing & joining the Hamachi network, without you touching a single thing. If you have any issues, just contact me, riottt, funky or outlaw and we will happily help you out, don't be shy, we are very friendly, I guarantee ;) This invitation is not only for FED2K d2k regulars (the ones mentioned above), but for ANYONE. I've logged in to try the system, but frankly I know I'm not very good at online multiplayer in RTS games (except Halo Wars :p). I'm also pretty actively developing mission 2 of Rise of The Mercenaries, which is much more involved then mission 1 (custom music, AI tweaks, original map design).

don;t worry, we'll help you improve, there are already a few new players who played with me, i taught them a thing or two and they immediately improved
