Oops! I forgot to add a description of features.

- New sound files - voices for the units etc.

- Music Extractor for Dune 2000 to TS

- New unit graphics and icons (including worm and d2k harvester)

- Menu Graphics For FS and TS

- Much fewer files to add and remove- about three instead of twenty.

- Tweaked gameplay

- Almost no units directly from TS

- The Guild, House Ordos, The Fremen, The Bene Tleilax, The Ixians, Ginaz Swordmasters, Bene Gesserit, and more from the Dune universe feature as allies.

I dont know much about editing, but doesnt it seem like it would be easier to make a Dune mod with RA2?

and does anyone know if it is possible to make mods for Empire Earth?

I want to make a Dune mod, that is based on the books(much more sword/knife fighting, etc)  and I also wanted to make it possible to go through the different ages(start in Butlerian Jihad, go through that, and Pre Dune era.  Early Empire.  Corrino Empire, Muad'dib empire, Leto 2, Scattering, etc) and play as different people(Atreidies, HK, BG, GT, etc)  

I think that the Empire Earth engine would be good for this(advancing through ages, improving units, hand to hand combat, etc)

does anyone know how to make a total conversion mod type for EE?

The problem with RA2 was that the rules file was already a bit messed around with to fit in things like the Germans and Cubans etc. Plus I never liked RA2 in the first place.

I can test, your project, and try to make it compatible with TS (no FS).

RA2 is so messed up, you needs a string editor and so, that is sillly, and you'll need to make a cool MCV, the Graphic on the Soviet MCV's, looks like it was an indian palace, packed at to squares!

And RA2 is much more difficlut to mod, (just edit stats and adding units without new graphics!)

It works fine without FS - just missing a unit and the drop pods.

And I've made windtrap graphics and stuff now, too.
