For a new unit I am making, I need to be able to make an Advanced Carryall that can shoot.

When I build it, it won't lift off, so I have to give it back its Advanced Carryall = True. But it still won't shoot and it lands when it tries to. Help?

this is a wild guess like ive said before im not good at mod stuff,

have you tried attaching the air drone or ornis missle ? because those are the missles coming from the air

I had that problem when i tried to add guns to the Frigates. The farthest I got with that was changing the Advanced Carryall = TRUE to ADF = TRUE which makes it stay in the air and not land on units, and giving it Onithopter turrets. However, i couldn't get it to shoot but at least it looked like it was trying.

My guess is that it doesn't have a firing animation? I don't know enough about modeling or how that works to say anything about it, but that would be my guess.

Yes, just as I feared. Damn it. I will think of another model for the Guild HBAT.

By the way, I have decided to make my Mod a full Mod rather than just a few minor changes. So it will take a lot longer to get it finished.

It is definitely an xbf problem, I'm afraid. you can't add a weapon to a unit unless it's in the xbf. Same as the NIAP (althogh Adrian has now made a shooting NIAP xbf)

Why is it that the game won't record and act upon my minor changes anymore, for example, I can't put the HBAT's speed back up, it now stays slow. Even when I do change it.

And when I change the Wormkillers weapon to do more against Trout Armour, it still won't do jack, even though it used to work fine?
