I don't seem to get it. the guy is not coming out of his barracks.

put barracks on white sand using map editor first!!!!

well click around barracks and you see the thing

if you put worms high in practice, start build worms, they remove shroud for you - there is trick to make buldings on white sand not always works but i let me build ever starport on sand

1. take wall or silo

2. when is complete select it and while clicking - move to left or up. if you do quick, your silo or wall will be placed somewhere where he shall not be . if you make alot of that and replace silo or wall with concrete - keep moving but you shall make passage to build barracks

3. use starport because it leave no trails on sand, no degeneration

4 purchase mcv

5 deploy in place of starport :D -

year ago on multiplayer with some newbies i managed to ...build starport in middile of map - just using wall technique guy call me cheater and quit ggame :D

if there is way to play online with no problem., will show u how to do it.

i used this to put in skirmish/online buldings on white sand to make my base look scary , it also was buggy , an sandworm has eat my tank in repair pad or in factory .

as for sandworm, he is using flying type of unit , change it to tracked

few glitches with sandworms conrolling

- when you produce sandworm it living own life , when you take it with mouse it stop giving sparks on sand , and is shooting with some rifle

- game may crash when you add his weapon spiceexpl

- game c may crash if you use barrelhit derbis1 derbis2 or others as weapons

- these sandworms are useless for now as we do not know how to convert them into real worms,

- GAME CRASH if you try put real sandworm into any house and permit it production - it ask for image that is null - the unit has no image and cause crash, asetting image manually not helps too

possible nesecary is to rerite worm weapon and replace with othr weapon so wewould have 2 worm eating things - nopt yet tested

Would like to actually see a vid on that building on sand, many ppl claimed that they were able to do that but they never prooved it.

foxrotorz , shygirl tantrix funkmando can do it too , other way is to take habbanya erg and spawnpoint right down corner, cover whole region with concrete and move a bit so only one line of concrete is displayed on screen, sleect silo or wall bbuild it, when is ready select it and press alt tab to desktop, the do same to go get back to game and in same time make several clicks , if you not mistaked , you wil have it, later take the bigger buldings for test

cant but im working on savegame with bulding on white sand its not easy todo this , but will atleast give a help

For removing shroud in prac.mis ally with the worms using mission editor. They removed it like you said. I got that idea atleast one to two years ago when it was released. I still didn't get the tibed file i asked. I am hoping you'll post it soon. It'll be fun.

i have four tibed files low on time halts me from checkign which one has worm , i quickly checked and the thumper infantry was set to sandworm files named untitled

and few gamesaves included one has buldings on white sand - no video for now i have with phone made but cant upload 3gp file using LG kp501 cookie

i hope it fit your demands - starport on white sand u can sell and deploy on his place mcv :D - if you want we can reproduce it online but need some instructions as xwis server dead and cant get in dune anymor

oh the sandwormed thumper cause crash with error there is no free slot for infantry or something too but not often

xwis was similar to westwood server , it was playpen where you could do some multiplayer games like normally, i checked hamachi networks and all are full or dead , cant find any network to play and show the trick
