Gwizz Posted November 27, 2004 Share Posted November 27, 2004 I don't pay any attention to goodwill.But, if you serve your cities well and fill as many of their needs as possible your goodwill will improve.The reason the AI has higher goodwill is the AI RRs run short trains and will buys enough locos to keep the stations clean of cargo and passengers.
