athanasios
All that is bulls**t.If Greece goes back to drachma then it is not the drachma that will be devaluated by 50% but the Euro that will collapse and along the banks of the Eurozone. That is what the guys in Germany fear and want to prevent such a movement by Greece.Of course the moron cannot have a plan and leaving the Euro will prove disastrous for Greece. But he won't be allowed to ruin the country. Just a small hint of what will happen in case it is decided to exit from the EU:All private Banks of Greece will pass to the control of the Greek government and get consolidated to 2 or 3. Bankers will probably end in prison, and many foreign banks' properties will be confiscated. ... enough for today.
ErasOmnius
Then that will most likely never happen. I've never seen any large European or North American Bank suffer.
athanasios
You never know what will happen in the future, even though I find it unlikely too. That's the reason Greece will NOT go out of eurozone.
ErasOmnius
The funny thing is that if Greece is not allowed to restructure its' debt, then the Greek economy will collapse anyway.
athanasios
Because Greece lacks politicians with b***s. Had this happened to Israel those villains of S&P would be on the "electric chair" by now.
