Strange concrete bug?!

Can anyone please explain why I cannot place concrete there?

I am using that Dune 2000 portable..

do you use icecheat trainer to reveal map??? it seem to cause this problem on some maps. if you are not using it,  it must be something with  bin file problem

if you use it on campagin it never happens but for skirmish  it will happen it depends on map construction, some pieces on terrain can disguise and cause this,  when you move you notice  that some buldings appear to run over concrete slabs  if ou put in this line where you cant set concrete an factory  and direct exit of units is this "banned line" units will not leave bulding .

i am looking for a trainer/cfg with only map reveal funcion for 1.06...

do you have one?

I no an other way to make a tile where you can't place concrete.
