Dune 2000 Modding?

Hi I have recently started modding dune 2k.

But I have not been able to find a program to rip and import my own graphics.

Can someone on these forums help me?

I see lots of programs for dune 2 on here but none dune 2000.

Is there such a program?

The guys who mod Dune 2000 prefer the Dune 2000 General Forum for some reason. There is a tool that allows to extract graphics from Dune 2000 R8 files (I've posted a link in this topic), but I don't know if there's any utility that allows the importing of custom graphics (well, you could always mod Red Alert instead ;)).

Cause i don't have a copy of any of those games atm lol.

I meant that Red Alert is very similar to Dune 2000 in many ways (or, rather, vice versa: Dune 2000 is very similar to Red Alert ;)), but it is a lot easier to mod, as the tools are all there and many mods have already been created.

And RA is freeware anyway; the isos can be downloaded about everywhere.. so the "don't have a copy" excuse isn't very convincing :P

Not a big C&C fan, eh? Same goes for Command & Conquer, Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun and Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun: Firestorm - they're all freeware now :)
