I think that it is normal because I played Emperor on Windows 98, XP, and Vista and it is sluggish on all versions. It also does not matter how fast the computer is as well. My Vista computer the 10 time faster than my Windows 98 computer and the results are the same. There is a mouse speed in the MAIN OPTIONS menu for the game. SJFriesen Posted April 10, 2009 Author Share Posted April 10, 2009 Yea I have messed around with the mouse speed in game already. The game itself runs really well for me not sluggish at all.
