Yea I have messed around with the mouse speed in game already. The game itself runs really well for me not sluggish at all. I just have the issue with the mouse jumping sometimes. Which is a pain if im trying to select a individual unit.

Does anyone ever have a problem with your pointer seeming sluggish? I reinstalled the game and have Vista...
