Is there any one playing online? I tried to play online but i only found 1 person and he quit after 5 miniutes of lag. Is there anyone who remebers the magic of dune 2000?

Does that apply to Dune 2000 though, as we certainly don't apply it to Dune II any more.  Dune 2000 is available for download at Nahoo, so I would have thought it would be fine to discuss here?

That would not be true. Using that argument C&C Red Alert 1 + 2 would be abandonware.

Perhaps we can ask if EA will allow us to have the game downloadable from out site...its worth a try...?

Not true, Ea has released command and counquer games under the EA brand, so in theory this would still lead dune classified as abandoneware.

Yes EA released C&C, but I'm pretty sure there is still a EULA that states that other people can not host the game on their websites. EA still would have complete ownership of the game.
