CRITICAL PROBLEM!!!!!!!! CANNOT INSTALL RED ALERT 2

I BOUGHT TWICE  RED ALERT 2 .  ONE GAME CANNOT BE INSTALLED BECAUSE OF SOME TMP FILE.  THEN I BOUGHT ANOTHR IN SHOT. AND THIS ONE IS WORKING BUT  WHEN I PUT CD INTO DRIVE, SETUP SAYS THAT I NEED PUT CD INTO A DRIVE. I CAN EXPLORE THE CD , BUT NOT INSTALL GAME

TRIED COMPATABILITY MODE BUT IT FAILS ..NO CHANGES, STILL CANNOT INSTALL RA2

TRIED ALSO  SAFEDISC , INSTALLED IT BUT NO RESULT. HOW TO INSTALL RA2  NOW?????

Hmm, I'm not sure. I own RA2 and played it several months ago and it worked fine.

You may want to try searching google.

May want to provide a dxdiag.txt so we know what computer/hardware you are using.

Can you try to put one cd in, then start the install, when it asks for a cd, put the other one in.

Then try to continue to install, till the tmp file is needed.

then put the other cd back in and try to continue...

It might help.
