Micromanaging Maps

I downloaded all of the official map packs, but I'm looking for maps that were like the Guild heighliner map where you micromanage a team of snipers across a map. Are there any fan maps that are like that?

If you played it, it's like the old RPG StarCraft maps.

I guess the custom maps are made for online gameplay and therefore it seems unlikely that there's a map like the "space-maps".

I really enjoy this thing in single player too, but what are you supposed to do with such a map in a multiplayer game?

but maybe there really are some maps like that. but I'm not aware of any other than the singleplayer maps for the 3 houses which are used in mission 4.

Well, having played the old SC rpg maps, multiplayer is actually the only fun way to play. I doubt it will ever get to the sophistication of the Starcraft ones, but I was just hoping there would be in EBFD.

The closest you can get to it is to make Giedi Prime maps with the same layout, with tons of chokepoints and what-not, if you want the installation type of missions. Otherwise, proper roleplaying will involve building villages and bases on normal maps.
