Does anyone have (or knows a site that does) sprites (units) or tiles (landscape) from the game dune2? Preferably the amiga version.

I do not have a windows pc, so windows .exe files are no help.

I hope I don't need to resort to playing it on my amiga, maqking screenshots and cutting them out :/

Ok thanks a bunch (I was on that site before but didn't notice that download.)

Does anyone know if the amiga gfx are available somewhere (the rock on amiga is light grey, on pc it is dark grey and gritty.)

Thanks I'll try that.

The amiga buildings and units look quite different. They have less colour (ocs 32 colours) but are generally more colourful and detailed. (For instance the construction yard has small vehicles in it with tracks and yellow colour.) The rock, Rocket turrets and windtraps are different too.

Hello! I have Amiga version of Dune 2 graphics (icons and sprites).

I can send them to You at your e-mail.

Hello. Who knows where can I find sprites from genesis version of Dune II (The Battle for Arrakis (a friend of mine is gonna make a PC-port of it on GameMaker))?

I got a bunch of those on my hard disk I think; cut out from emu screenshots. Problem is I don't have the original colour palette used by the game.

I think the original colour palette is not important here. The graphic render you used is more important, I suppose. Anyway, it would be nice if you could find and upload them somewhere (RapidShare for example).

What about getting them directly out of the ROM? There are tools for this available (e.g. at Zophar's Domain), but TBH I never attempted extracting any graphics from a ROM myself.

Thanks for the link.
