Description is found at the link, but its a file that makes Counter-Strike use Half-Life military radio voices instead of the original ones.

Whatever the speed is, the present speed is also giving me a seizure. Get a non-animated signature perhaps?

I never had an intention to modify my game, at least for counterstrike. And half life radio commands? Pardon me, but since when did half life have radio commands? Are you talking about half life 2?

No Half-Life 1, the Hgrunt (human soldiers) have radio commands.

Oh, those. They aren't very clear when you're playing as Freeman, not sure about how the grunts hear them.

Good try, though I still prefer to leave my game as it is.
