I just set up a wireless network and I can now get on the internet over the network.  But I can't share files over the network.  How do I make it so that I can share files and printers? The device that picks up the signle connects to the comp via usb, not ethernet.  could this be the problem???

nope.  didn't help.  The computer that uses the wierless dosen't recongize that there is a wierless reciever on it.  Well, that is what windows thinks anyway, because it still picks up internet and you can USE the internet threw the reciever...  I am confused...

make shue you have Windows networking and Windows Client for MS networks installed on both PC's.

Then find out both IP addressen from the computers. [ go to DOS and type ipconfig for example ].

Share something on both PC's.

Then either go to your network neigbourhoud or to start - run and type ipnumber-of-the-other-pc
