It seems that he is going to try.

Richard Dean Anderson was in Charlottetown yesterday, talking about how the seal hunt is wrong.

He is planning on going on the trip to see it first hand and to see the seals getting beaten to death.

Does sound cruel, like beating your dog, or any other animal. Would be nice if they had little dart guns that would kill them painlessly.

Thought it was interesting that a big star came to PEI. We don't often get many, but when we do we go all blitzed and shit. ;) (Pie minister, Brad Richards, etc)

I only heard about it after it happened. Looks a lot older than in the show. Noticed that when I saw him on tv.
