why doesn't arrakis work

can someone give me a detailed instruction on how to install it because maybe i am doing it wrong because it always pops up with this

Arrakis is a very old game. I'd say test it on Windows 98 or 95. I don't know if it works ok on Win XP. I did not test that.

TO fix the runme error, you have to set up the shortcut so you use EMS memory (specify max EMS memory as possible).
