I don't know the differences, but Powerswapper is definetly the most advanced one out there.

There is a key, something obvious, cant remember it now, but "ScreenX" and "ScreenY" or "Screenheight" instead ?

PowerSwapper is the only mod swapping program out there which works  :P

Timenn wrote the first mod swapper, called Modswapper. It didn't work, because of some error he didn't fix. It also needed advanced support files, along with the mod, and it wasn't the easiest to work out where to place the mods. However, I made a program called PowerLGT to edit the support files, so that wasn't really a problem.

My PowerSwapper works, and has more features than the original Modswapper.

PowerSwapper 2 will eventually come out, but I think I will rewrite it in C++  :P

but the troubles i have that is the install path with the already existing mods in zip format.....powerswapper is hard to use finally...and i don't think that made backup of any files.....

It takes backup of ALL files.

And it takes a few minutes to figure out how to create mod packs out of ordinary mod files, but once you get the hang of it, it's damned easy. Takes me less than two minutes to create a mod pack.

Oh, and you must UNZIP the mod first, then ADD all the files... PowerSwapper compresses all the mod files for you automatically when adding them to the mod pack!

Just didn't think people were too interested in Emperor mods, so I'm preparing PowerSwapper for a cooperation with The Mod Database instead.
