Can someone please explain what the differences are using either Nvidia drivers or the Omega drivers.  Pro's or con's, just curious if there is a clear winner here or not for the Gforce 5200.

Alot depends on your specific system configuration, when I had an Nvidia card I preferred the Omega drivers, by default they switch off Fast Writes, which have often been the cause of game crashes in the past, the Omega drivers are tweaked original Nvidia drivers.

As it's quite easy to install drivers, try them out.

If you use futuremark 3d2003 benchmark you could run a comparison to see which drivers give you the best score.
