What are the Harvesters doing?

This thing happened when I was playing Emperor, once with my brother playing the Harkonnen campaign, once with me in the Ordos campaign, where the HarvesterS all suddenly stopped harvesting the spice mid-level. This included all the enemy harvesters as well. Does anyone know how the bug occurs ... ... or is it just me??

or maybe so menyunits that u puter couldent handle the AI for them..

Yes, forgot to mention that there was some spice left ... ... but it wasn't regenerating anymore spice either

Grrr, yeah, I've seen that bug. Harvesters stop harvesting spice. Usually when there's not much left. But every bit helps, and I didn't see any spice being regenerated either. I think spice not regenerating may be part of the game though.

I had that problem and almost had to retreat from the map because i had no more money for anymore units! but with 3 minotaurs i managed to beat the harkonnen so no problems there

Yep minotaurs rule against the CPU.
