I use XP too, and have never had to use compatibility mode, but if it works for you, use it !

As for Norton and IE, the next time it pops up see if you cant set it to "Permit All" and remember you decision, there should be a tick box on that alert. Really IE should be given access, seeing as you will allow it manually every time anyway.

Is Emp now allowed access through Norton Firewall ?

i know there should be a tick box... there was when i first got the NAV software... but now there isnt one it doesnt make sense... and its also set on block all as its default it looks like... ima go looking through the programs it lets through to see wtf is up with it.

yeah i cant even log into xwis now just freezes when i press accept and its downloading channels weird but owhell wouldnt expect anythings else from a game thats dead, and olaf if u read this plz fix some of the kinks out of this server or dont have it because its so much of a hassle to sit around for hours trying to play

OMFG!!! ok i was able to get online earlier and even play a game! but now that i went out for a bit to do some errands... i come back turn on comp and when i tried to login it cuts to that game.exe error message when i press login... WTF!!! it must be my NAV firewall but i cant fuckin figure out what!... god norton never did this to me before!

no its not your firewall its the server doing it now doing the same things to  me man so dont feel bad
