Just as everybody else i receive (a lot) of spam in my mailbox.

I have heared of a program that does the following:

When you receive a mail from a person not in your 'safe' list then the program sends automatically a message to the sender.

In that messages is written that the sender has to reply that message to indicate that the first message was not spam. If the senders replies, the original mail will go to the Inbox of the receiver.

Does anybody heared of such a program or knows how this program is called or where i can download it?

Grtz

If two people have that programme, it'll cause some interesting problems.

LOL. Sounds like a stupid program to me. Spammers use the fact that you've replied to indicate an active e-mail account. Which means you'll get more spam as a result... :-

personally I have Outlook 2003 and Norton anti-spam installed. .. not that I every have recieved spam. . but I have the impression that they work ok. Although some of my own status emails I get from my own server, and an occasional newsgroup email are caught in the spam filter. . .
