Hello. I was wondering if anyone could help me with extracting the EVA sounds from Emperor? I checked the sound BAG file, but couldn't locate them. Apparently there's another file type which I am not able to open.

then your using a really shit sound card.

it depends on what format you're going to be using, but the wavs themselves will be perfect copies except for the length if you do everything right

Yes, capturing the wavs like that would be full of sound effects...unless you chose a very specific time to copy the wavs, which is do-able, but not fun.

It would not be a brilliant way of doing it, and I do not think you can lower the sound effects either.  The best way would be to get at the data, not sound capture.

sorry, i was assuming u can change the volume levels, and ya it would be a pain to get all the sounds that way anyway (even the quick way of getting all the sounds onto one wav, then copying and pasting the waveforms). i suggested this as a last resort

Well, play 1 vs 1 against comp. Kill em off. Leave one unit and pick it up....using an adv carryall...before you kill all the army off. Then stop moving things and anyother cause of sound effects, and then start recording.

Long way around

No other sounds....by the time you accomplish this the music will have looped a few times...You will lose the begging and end points...

The best way would be to get at the file format...
