But it isnt really used. And XWIS is out of order at the moment. On WOL (the default one) it is not possible to make/join a clan, and is also not used...

Well u could join a clan if it is still alive u jsut wont have a tag, like me I got no tag but am in a clan.  Though no one cares bout clans no more.
