[hide]I did the book, and I knew that Iblis Ginjo wanted to make Butler into a martyr. what I want to know is how the seriphem, after being loyal servants, friends of Serena for more then 30 years could murder her at the command of Ginjo.[/hide]

[hide]It does mention that they were under Iblis's control.

I just thought that thirty+ years of companionship would of made it impossible for them to carry out such a gruesome task, that would be like Dunenewt and Apollion living together for thirty-five years as brothers then Gob walking up to Newt and telling him to break Apollion's neck and him doing it. what I'm saying is it just eludes me as to how someone could do such a thing.[/hide]  ???
