First; Curious George... That has to be the most clever nickname for the current president that I have ever heard.

Second; I wonder I havn't heard of this.

Third; What's President Bush's reason for doing this?

First, is that sarcasm?  I really can't tell.  Not in conversation, not in print.  It's a rare disease.

Second, I wonder why that is as well.  Maybe the sorry right-leaning excuse for a media we have in this country?

Third, as to his reasons, I'm not sure.  Just to spite the UN?

First, no, not sarcasm. It's actually brilliant. I had never thought of it nor heard of it before. I actually thought that it was inadvertent, that you were using cthe word "curious" in place of "weird," and created a good joke.

Second. Yep.

Third. Yeah, just to spite the UN. At least it's not malevolent...

Maybe Bush is also a conspiracy theorist, fearing the UN... you know, all those stories of an imminent global takeover, starting with Iraqui oil... surely Bush wouldn't do something like that? Right?

Let me put it this way: in a meeting with the president of Brazil, our beloved command-in-cheif asked, "do you have black here, too?" (maybe those quotes shouldnt be there, I might have changed the word order into something more...logical.  Oh well).

Seen it, gotta love the evil peace groups with milk and cookies.  ;)

GAhh that was so creepy.  Big Brother really *IS* watching, thanks to our buddies curious george, father-of-the-antichrist cheney and satan himself mr john ashcroft (names intentionally not capitalized as a show of disrespect).

Nah, I don't really trust Michael Moore. He makes some good points, but the question is if they are correct or just manipulated to get Mooore viewers (hehe).

Maybe this is one of the reasons Curious Bush don't want the UN present:

(quoting)

In the United States, and particularly in the United States Congress, this is linked to demands that the UN adopt policies which encourage the development of free market economies and cease what are seen as socialist and anti-American policies and activities.

That, and the fact that the UN is often criticizing Israel of doing this and that, which I don't think the United States like very much...

Yep.  Everyone loves Bandar Bush...okay maybe not everyone as the Secret Service pointed out during the filming.  Still, gotta love the oil money if it's supporting you for you campaign and businesses I guess.
