Okay, so probably most of us, at least those who are interested in conspiracy theories (why is everybody looking at me?), knows that FEMA, or, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, plays a big part in the eternal quest of global domination.

But, what good is a theory if nothing can be confirmed? So, I have decided to ask some of the Americans here if some of the things I've heard are true or not.

1. It has been alleged that FEMA can withdraw the Constitution, and place the whole country under martial law in case of a very serious situation. Is it true?

2. In 1984, what I know, FEMA made an experiment, involving 100,000 induviduals, without their approval. They were "captured" and taken to a camp, where they were somehow imprisoned. This "plan" is also called RX-84. True or not?

3. Connecting to question 2, does FEMA, or any other government wing (including the military), have bases/camps ready to export a large amount of people to in case of an emergency? This number would be estimated 100,000 - as in the RX-84 experiment - or much bigger. Any sense?

Global domination ?

1. there are several options in which situation the constitution can be . . well. . .put asside...as far as I know the one you are refering to is one of them.

2. Governments [ not just the USoA ] are using people with and without their knowledge to test on. Military personel is not excluded in that.

3. In case of a real emergency. . civilans are the last group of people who will get evacuated from the location....

It's called offshore operations. Like being 'allowed' to violate their human rights by sending them to Guantanamo Bay.

is Guantanamo still the only US base not officially on US grounds ?

not just those, most government have rule to indicate situations when conventional law does not apply..

Actually, to be honest, I must say that I don't "fear" the UN, even though they play a big part in the global domination game. Okay, maybe FEMA doesn't, I was wrong about that (duh, why is it called "federal").

Anyways, going back to the UN thing, like I said, there is nothing that makes me "afraid". They say that the UN has mighty troops and secret projects. Huh, I don't even know one moment when the UN did use their troops, in an agressive act, against someone (even an offensive against a dictator of sorts).

I mean, come on! Most countries, as far as I know, don't want the UN to be a "central body", that is, they are against a UN government. Besides, I've heard that the UN is leaning more towards to left wing than the right.

Is this the mighty organization that is supposed to take over the world? Well, I'd say the United States would beat them any day. Well, of course they would, the UN is composed of troops from member countries. So - the UN will not invade any country anytime soon. I'd say they would form a sorts of UNATCO (DX1) before anything "dangerous" would happen.
