Gobalopper
You should have directories for all the Houses and Subhouses... although Riper spelled Atreides wrong. :)
guild_navigator
Yes, all files have been extracted and placed in their proper directories. I have removed and installed the program several times with no luck.

Gobalopper
It sounds like you might be missing the visual basic files. Try downloading them from Microsoft:http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/VBRun60sp5.exe
Guest Iroc
I have those file already. but to be sure that I was not missing any. I downloaded them and installed them. still have the same problem. I have since install the visual mod and it's updates on 4 other computers (2 Intel's & 2 AMD's) visual mod crashes in all 4. all 4 with the msvbvm60.dll error. so I would have to say it's in the program.Iroc
