No you don't, you just need the demo, some people figured out how to enable all vehicles and weapons in the game and a slightly working version of singleplayer.

Well, it looks realy great indeed. Too bad that i can't run it. Ah well, maybe i'll be able to play it when i get a new comp. Although I'm not ready to spend a lot of money on that yet.
