it was fine downloading it but when i get onto the menu screen like the left and top of the screen is cut off and when im playing the game it gets cut off there too :'( please help im very frustrated :(

At a guess I would say you have tried to install Dune 2000 in Windows 2000.

With nothing else to go on I will ask you to update to directx 9.0b and install the latest drivers for the video card you have.

Can you attach your dxdiag file with your next post.
