Looks like a FPS version of Generals.....

The USA,China, Middle east coalition dealy is too obvious....they need some new ideas..... :-

Regardless the game looks cool and as of now is on my games to buy when it comes out. I need a new awsome game , I dont play games on the computer much anymore...... :(

Cant wait to see this baby when it comes out... :)

It's not related to Generals. As far as I know, it's a improved version of Battlefield DC. Only now it's been made by EA (and partners) and you'll have new maps. Hopefully they'll sort out the texture problems the current DC has :)

No. BF2 will be a new game, just like BF Vietnam.

Are the BF games pay to play?

No. For every BF game, you can host your own server (with either default maps, or fan made maps).

For battlefield ? If so, you should try and check out the board. You missed quite a few games. Hint: We're playing coming Friday night again, starting from something like 6pm GMT :)
