I don't understand the meaning of this thread. Can anyone explain? I am sorry, but I do not speak in the language of the underscores.

Let me see if a have it right. The other members were playing a game of tag. They were trying to keep it from Gob but he found out. Gob doesn't like tag....I guess. It's just mind-less fun. And underscores is that good or bad or kinda like esquire?

Tag? Why? In that it is mindless, I concur. I don't see how it is possible, but such are the actions of the mindless.

Only the wisest of men realize they are fools.  Is that not one of Socrates beleifs?

Yes. Socrates said at his trial that he wnt to all the houses of the philosophers, craftsmen, everyone, and he realised that none of them really knew anything... eventually he concluded by saying that he was the only one who knew anything because he alone was aware that he knew nothing. Since the judges didn't know this, they thought he was lying and made him take poison.

I personally don't think I'm wise and that I'm well stupid at times.

What does the JK bit mean?

The fool who thinks he is wise is, indeed, more fool than the rest, but the fool who knows he knows nothing, knows more than the rest. He still isn't very wise, but he's wiser than other fools. It makes sense, honestly.
