Something i thought might make a good topic, Saddam left sight and camped out. Hitler killed himself. Which do you think would be more cowardly, if at all? :)

Not to say they aren't coward or anything else (do I give a damn?), but it is surprising to see that people tend to throw as much bad qualificatives to bad people. The most coward, wicked, you-name-it people? All the ones that are considered as the worst persons. They get some kind of ante-aura, just like heros get auras. I think that it isn't good for truth, that it is exacerbating certain caracters instead of presenting them like they are (even if I of course agree that they had the worst qualificative to an extreme point: being bad, wicked). I see no need to attribute ALL bad qualificatives to anyone, neither do I need to make of them the more this or that. Perhaps Nietzsche would agree with me...

His point was that the guy who killed 30 million people might have also saved a little girl from drowning. It's certainly not enough to make up for his murders, but it does mean that he isn't pure evil.

the twisted morality of socialists.

nice to know that a guy like Hitler has a free pass to kill as many people as he wants...so long as he helps one of his Nazi buddies in his life, God will give him a free pass.

So this is how you justify Al-Qaida as being "not that bad"?  After all, it is despicable americans they hate.  And since they have shared hatred with most EUropeans, they can't be all that bad!

so...to say that the guy that stole a gumball is not as bad as the guy that killed 30 million people is to make a needless moral exacerbation?

Is this close to what I said? I didn't talked about someone who killed 10 000 being more or less worst than one that killed 3.
