yes they are.  according to the poll, most Iraqi's agree that the coalition should stay for a little while longer, until the government is in place, and then leave.

Iraqi's are glad the coalition is there, but agree that it should not remain there indefinately.

of course!  I agree with that.  and so does the coalition

Stop calling me a Bush-hater, or I will call you a Bush Lapdog, or a Bush Brown-Noser.

As for the legality of the invasion...

"Umm... Mr. President?  We, uh... we can't seem to find any evidence of Weapons of Mass Destruction."

"Oh no... so what legal grounds did we have for invading Iraq now?"

"None, sir."

"You're going down with me, General... GENERAL?!"

(Sound of footsteps running away into the hills)

I can't see the "RIGHT" in any of this.  I DON'T hate Bush, and I DON'T like Saddam.  I don't care what happens, I just know that it was wrong.

the USA and the Iraqis are thinking on the same page.... USA wants the Iraqis to run their own country.. and they want to run their own country... seems like there is no conflict of interests there...

exactly Gunwounds.  The US and Iraq are in agreement.  So how was the war wrong?

Bush-haters stand on the outside and say "WRONG!  WRONG!"

but those who are involved, including Iraq, say "RIGHT, RIGHT"

so whos business is it?

I say to the bush-haters, "ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS", since both parties invovled (the coalition and Iraq) are in agreement.

I am all for Iraq having their own government and being happy and joyous and blah blah blah.  But the Coalition still committed a crime, because they have NO PROOF of weapons of mass destruction.

If I felt that Saddam being taken out of power was a bad thing, I would have said.  I think, however, that it is A GOOD THING.  I just criticise how it was done: ILLEGALLY.  And I don't care if they were there in 1991: they aren't there now.  AND when I said "I don't see the right in any of this", I was referring to the WAY IN WHICH SADDAM WAS OVERTHROWN - the consequences were good, but the way in which they did it was illegal, thus wrong.

Your extremist views blind you from the truth, Emprworm... as I have just said, no proof = no justification.  The consequences ARE GOOD, but the way in which the Coalition did it was WRONG.  Listen carefully now... GOOD CONSEQUENCES, WRONG WAY OF DOING IT.

Emprworm, if you could just take some time and READ what I have said, you would have your answers.  The crime was against us all - we were told that there were WMD in Iraq, when there is no proof for them, even now.  This makes their justification of the war WRONG.  I'm not applying my morals here; I told you, I DON'T CARE.

There was a way of doing it, Gunwounds.  Threaten them with war, by all means.  Saddam would have buckled eventually, or he would have declared war himself.  THEN an attack would have been justified.  I'm nowhere near a pacifist, by any measure.  I just respect the law, and not just finding any excuse to invade a country... and one they couldn't even prove, at that.

how can it be a crime against YOU?  You do not live in Iraq.  If the Iraqi majority population says it is NOT a crime, what right do you have to say that it is?  You are not the one living under Hussein.  You have no right to say it is a crime.

It was a crime against us all becuase the statement that Iraq was harbouring WMD was told to the entire world... A LIE.  A CRIME... or do you not think that LYING to the ENTIRE WORLD is a crime?
