Whenever I start Emperor on my Win XP pro computer, it displays the big logo thing then it disappears and the game dosen't start.  Someone please help!

Do you have Norton?  Have you tried compatability modes?  What's your setup?  Could you please attach your DXDiag?  Are you aware that this should be in Tech Support?
