look, I think the palistinians get way too much sympathy. First of all they wre never a people until they were ran out of palistine after the wars that were waged because of disagreements involving the creation of israel. They were refugies in places like jordan, and were of the same descent as other arabs around the area. They were treated horribly by every single islamic nation they came into contact with, nobody wanted them! finally they came back to israel, and began forging terrorist attacks in order to destroy the state of israel. This was their plan organized by the high ups of the plo, finally with the oslo peace accords they finally decided on creating a joint state. It wasent until this time for finding peace that the palistinians ever thought of letting the jews stay in israel. The accords went suprisingly well at the beginning but faltered for many reasons, one is the assassination of the israeli prime minister. many other reasons too though.

Now it seems tensions are at a all time high, and the palistinians are recieving funds from countries around the world. Billions of dollars are given to them and they havent even built a basic economic infrostructure. They depend completely on working with israeli citizens companies and business' to make a living. The palistinians have no source of income to give to their own people! what the hell rae they doing with this money given to them by the world community? largely spending it on war-time tings like weapons. How can the palistinians ask for such things as a state when they cannot even build a nation for themselves, and why is the world community so on the side of israel?

I personally think it is anti semitism. You may think what you like, but that is my own personal opinion.

My guess is that they don't have their own state, and that is why they won't build anything until they do have an establishment. Not many nations consentrate on infrastructure when it is wartime. They just want to get over with the war.

The palistinians have had their own settlements for years now, and could easily start building. in fact it would help them out with the world community and others sceptical in order to show they are serious about a seperate palistinian state. Also, if the palistinians dislike israel so much and say that they want their own state, then they need to stop being two faced and start quitting the parasitic ways of working in israel and start working for themselves. I mean all they have to do is at least try. If they actually started to work towards some sort of growth I would actually hear their plight. They havent though, and havent solved anything. their actions have just bothered me.

there is a difference, the british allowed it, and it was technically thier controlled land from the get go. they gave it to the jews and the palistinians were allowed to stay in the land! in fact there were peace accords in 48, and the palistinians could have had their own land but faught with the jews along with other muslim nations. when the muslim nations lost the palistinians wre kicked out because they tried to destroy israel. then they moved from nation to nation, egypt, jordan and otehrs and were treated horribly. they finally came back to israel and there were more peace talks but the palistinians were always the ones the break the peace. the jews didnt just kill or throw out the palistinians. they started the war.

1) the government doesnt build the settlements.

2) The attacks started long before the settlements.

3) there is no state on those lands. i dont see dont why jews cant live their.

4) there are over 1 million palestinians in israel, are they settleres too?

5) we said 100 times if the palestinians would follow their obligations so we will. during all agreements we always did what we were asked to while the palestinians did nothing. We agreed to evacuate ALL the settlements if they simply stop the terror. guess it's too hard.

yes they were given the land, frankly I'd be pissed as well.

Wasn't there going to be a peace-plan next year for those nations? I wonder how they will settle that down, and who will build the border? Will the terrorists agree?

Would they agree, in the long term, if Israel and Palestine were to merge into one state? Or like older examples, such as Austria-Hungarian double empire?

In my oppinion the Palestinians, has been thrown out by the western world, who have kept helping Israel in becomming what it is.

Isreal have oppressed, conquered and killed. I'm not saying that the palestinians haven't, but I can understand their frustration.

They kill innocents too and have lots more fire power than the palestinians.

Offcourse the Palestians fight back, I'd do the same if someone decided to throw me out of my country. What I don't understand is that the UN don't step in and divide the parties, but as I see it the only one standing in their way is the support to Israel given by the USA.

I also think that both sides are to fault but the Palastinians should begin to see beyond the leadership of Arafat he is worthless to them. The Palastinians have had many opportunities to settle with Israel but for whatever reasons they are always rejected. I used to view the sitution as Israel being the one to fault but the Palastinians problem is their leadership which has failed them miserably politically and enconomically.
