In the same place as where you have to enable ICS on an adapter.

On the advanced tab of the properties dialog of a network adapter. There is an settings button which gives me the tab pictured above.

I've discovered a problem causing as a conflict,

In my comp I have a WLAN,a Firewire 1394 and a LAN adapter.

The address 192.168.0.1 is assigned to the 1394 adapter, the address 192.168.0.1 is assigned to the WLAN adapter.

If I give the LAN card an address of 192.168.0.3 what should the gateway address be for the client and host ?

Should the Network Bridge be enabled ?

What if any DNS or WINS settings should be entered ?

At the moment the automatically obtained IPA'S are :

Host:169.254.160.202

Client:169.254.231.70

Help !

I've tried that as well. They got these addresses set to automatically find address. As I stated in my post.

I have changed them to read,169.254.160.202 and 169.254.160.203

I can ping each way but can't access Internet Explorer on the client.Which dns or wins settings should I use on the clients Internet Explorer Lan settings.?

I finally found the culpret for my network problems,it was my firewall, once I had reset my Winsock filter using a fix exe,I downloaded a free firewall from Sygate.com,Sygate Personal Firewall.

Now everything works fine.So if Dunenewt wants the info? please ask.
