Mihail Posted December 28, 2003 Share Posted December 28, 2003 Well,here I am,online,happy with my new and good key-code,and am waiting for a game to appear.Finally I see one! YAY! I go in,chat a bit,then agree to a 1X1.I accept he starts the game,and away we go!Just a good ol' 1x1,right? WRONGTHIS is where the part starts getting ugly.It goes into the usual,"Connecting" screen.5 seconds go by...10 seconds...I move my mouse.It won't budge.The computer isn't thinking,either.So I come to the conclusion that EMP has frozen up.No big deal.Ctrl+Alt+Del it and go back online.Apologize for that freeze.Again we are at the "Connecting" screen.SAME THING HAPPENSCould someone help me out here? Atomic Mitten Posted December 28, 2003 Share Posted December 28, 2003 Do you have a firewall or anti virus, if so allow emperor.exe access to the internet in the firewall settings.If you have anti-virus try disabling it, see if that works.
