I have a P4 2.4 with 1Gb RAM, DirectX 9.0b and the latest nVidia drivers (GeForce4mx card)I tried to search the site for the answer but I'll be b*ggered if I can find itAnyone got any ideas? Please! Basically we need a directX diag file, and the most common errors can be overcome by using the WinXP compatebilety mode. Patching Emperor, uninstalling Norton antivirus or Nero if you should have that.Some smaller changes can be helped bby changing the DMA settings of your CDrom drive or adding the " +w" in the shortcut of Dune Emperor. Although lately I've been troubleshooting several Generals issues. Someone posted that as soon as he downgraded his drivers to 21.83, Generals worked..
