If they don't I'm going to buy a supercomputer and get it to download the patch for the game from their website 5 million times all at one time :D crash the server pretty well

There is nothing official about that they are working at it. And they haven't said or suggested anything. But it is quite likely though that they will be making it. GTA is very popular, and there hasn't been much criticism about it yet. So there is a chance.

And they have one city to go of course :)
