You guys are right. Once those EITS's get hit once, they move so slowly you might as well leave them to get shot down. I also agree that those Saboteur's are useless. Can't they have C4 like in Dune 2000? Now THAT was fun! I think those Hark Gunships are much better than those stupid Ornithropters (don't get me wrong - I still like the Atreides more). I think they should have made Ornis better. BTW Are you ABSOLUTELY SURE that setting your comp clock ahead will get you those drones (and the other two special units)?

Excuse me for butting in here, but just what ARE the "pre-ordered" units? I know the air drone is one. What are the others?

That's right! Anybody smart enough can handle a huge disorganised assualt force. Baron, you've been playing newbies and computers again, haven't you?

Yes, yes, yes, these are all wonderful strategies, but don't they make the game a little boring? Play against better players and you'll have a much more interesting game. These games are supposed to be strategic; you're not supposed to be able to win by rushing people in the first five minutes of the game. Where's the fun in that?

As I have said on another page, I like Leeches. Cheatah here said that he infects as many units as he can and then waits until new Leeches hatch. The problem is (I found) is that the new Leeches stand still for a while before they can move and often the other player (even a computer) can blow them up with some other units waiting around. Does anyone have a remedy for this?

I really don't think it is a problem that Projectors are too good. I have seen quite a few messages where people say that certain units or houses are too good. Perhaps the people who say they're so good are just very good at using them. So perhaps too our friend Vierge here is just super good at using Projectors. The aforementioned "splash" problem is a big setback for the Projectors. Personally, I like those Tleilaxu Leeches. Nasty things, those! (Of course, I haven't had the game for very long at all (but I don't think anybody else has as well).)
