well i tried updating to 1.07 and still nothing i dont get it lol

cold were you using a patched version or just the straight retail version?

alright i tried editing just the harkonnen and sadukar costs and build times and still it crashses. do i have to edit all sides or something?

you gotta copy the emporer.exe file from the crack directory on the installtion disk to the main emporer directory to overwrite it, then itll wotkrk

does it stil crash when you edit unit life?

so what do i do when it crashes while loading?

I downloaded the rules ini but it was in txt form so i changed it to rules.ini but where do i put it? i put it in the main directory nothing happened, i ead in another post to put it in the data/model directory but there wasnt one so i made it still nothing. What am i doing wrong?

Personally i like ordos, bu ti find there deviators to be so useless in both gamesbecause they dont always work.

Wierd thing is i dont have them enabled or anything, but yet i was palying agisnt the atreidies in there base on dune and caldan and they had the aa plane or w/e they are.

I'm not to sure though about the freman winning becuase i had a group of about 5 sardukar and i was attacked by a group of maybe 15 or 20 mixed freman and my tropps killed them all with only a couple losses. I also noticed the elite freman's attack did very litel damage to a regular sadukar. Even though as someone said that the freman grow up fighting, the sadukar also do the same plus they are much more filled with honor and such and this helps them to fight more of a whole. This is just my opinion though so yea.

I read on this site that the NIAB can attack the target from almost any posistion because the electricty flows along the tank or something like that. I've never seen this happen though? Does anyone know if this actually happens?
